The following liens and writs are place illegally against Guadalupe Cuellar properties and Raul Pavon (nearly 80 years old)

Intentionally non served, and also against exempt property, including the Homestead exempt of Daniel Pavon. (7005 Whispering Creek. Austin, Texas 78736)

Intentional non service and no notice, to deprive them of all just weeks after on August 22, 2007 .

And did so violently ending in kidnapping and homicide.

Their frivolous claims proven with their exhibits filed exparte in Court
