TRESPASSING TO 7005 WHISPERING CREEK HOMESTEAD

The following forensic report uses the evidence exhibits filed in the proceedings EXPARTE by defendants.

One or more of any of the following exhibits prove Trespassing:

1) May 23, 2007 Irrefutable facts; Samantha lives in Hotels and she will not have access to Daniel Homestead. Is obvious, Daniel is leaving.

2) May 30, 2007: Police report made by the Owner of the property reporting the trespassing and theft of Travel documents.

3) May 31, 2007: Reporting the trespassing , theft of travel documents and unlawful restraint to Austin Police Department and requesting help.

4) June 7, 2007: Reporting the trespassing to Austin Police Department and requesting help.

5) June 1, 2007: Notice Provided to Samantha Lowry to leave the property she was trespassing into.

6) Andrew Westbrook Austin Police Detective confirms Samantha Lowry broke a window for access.

7) Samantha Lowry testimony in Court she broke a window to enter the property.

8) June 13, 2007: Jami Milner Turner trespassing by Fraud to Whispering Creek.

The trespassing was made with the intent to commit several felonies and commit them, including Robbery, Defendants even attempted to sale the homestead by fraud around 10 weeks after and through the trespassing took a collection of Fine Art Paintings (Over 1000) and several valuables.

The property was left inhabitable and unsellable.
